Year 2014/2015. Redevelopment of a late 1950s building in the centre of Lugano, intended for residential rental and commercial areas.

In this intervention SPAZIO BALESTRA SA acts as General Contractor for :

– Supply and installation of insulated and ventilated stone-clad façade

– Renovation of the water-sanitary system

– Replacement of radiators and supply of cooling systems

– Supply and installation of bathroom equipment and furnishings

– Supply and installation of custom-made kitchens

– Supply and laying of ceramic and wood flooring

– Supply and installation of fixed wardrobes, walk-in wardrobes, wood panelling, internal doors and entrance doors

– Supply of lighting fixtures
